Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at meish@meishmade.com. Once an order is processed, we can't guarantee changes, but we'll do our best.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Discounts are exclusive to Circle members. To get access to discounts, you need to join the Circle. We don't hand out discounts otherwise.
Shipping & Fulfillment
How long does shipping take?
All pieces are handled and shipped in-house. Please allow 5–10 business days for each order. If there are any delays, we'll reach out personally and keep you updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Currently shipping within the U.S. only. International coming soon.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What if my size sells out before you fulfill my order?
We'll reach out immediately and issue a full refund within 24 hours. No hassle.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We're not accepting returns at this time. All sales are final.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only permitted in cases where there are discrepancies or issues with order fulfillment. If this happens, we'll reach out to you personally to resolve it and offer a full refund if needed.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not at this time. All sales are final until further notice. Please contact our team for further assistance.
Product & Sizing
How do the pieces fit?
Each product page includes fit details. Most pieces are true-to-size with a relaxed fit. Size up if you want it oversized.
Are the pieces pre-shrunk?
Yes. All pieces are pre-washed to reduce shrinkage and maintain shape.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up. MeishMade pieces are designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit in mind.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my MeishMade pieces?
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid bleach or harsh detergents
These pieces are built to last, but treating them right keeps them looking their best.

When will you restock sold-out items?
Drops are limited. If something sells out, it may not come back. Future drops will be announced on Instagram and through our email list.
